Indiegogo Week Four Update

Y’all! We had a major boom in traffic to the indiegogo this week. Unfortunately, it was just traffic. But that just means y’all are helping us spread the good news about us opening soon. So that’s a WIN in my opinion.

We got a new tank in. So we are now up to FOUR tanks! The next goal is to work on the additional reels. Ideally, we need to have two processors with their own set of tanks & reels ready to go because ECN-2 will need its own due to the acidity levels in the chemistry. We don’t want cross contamination even though each run will have a thorough cleaning after it’s done.

This week was a busy week. We got to working on merch and product sourcing. Picking out vendors who align with our goals as a small business can be tricky, but it’s many because there are so many things to choose from. I felt myself having to reign in my excited inner child.

In this process, I was able to find a few things to add to the indiegogo perks line up. Those will go live on Friday, July 15th. We are half way through our 60 days, y’all! Let’s get the word out there!

The goal for week five is this: remember we are starting small. If we don’t make our goal, it’s okay. It just means we have to open a few months later than we wanted to. We are still opening. Also, gratitude. I am so grateful to everyone who shares our story, supports the lab, and the few of you who have been able to make a financial contribution to the startup. Thank you does not even scratch the surface or do you justice. I will update you all again next week!
